| Department of Public Works |
The Public Works Department performs a variety of functions including maintenance of major and local streets, management of the Village water supply and sewer system, and upkeep of area parks and other publicly owned facilities. This includes snow removal, leaf collection and other miscellaneous functions. Garbage service is mandatory and is provided by Waste Management. Additionally, they provide and maintain a Recycling Center located at the Department of Public Works.
